Every Glock needs one, however it could use something to hold it in. For example, my Glock 21 frame has a hole in the rear, and the plug has a ball made intot he plug that holds it in place. Actually a pain to get out, but it shoul be that way.
The Glock 36 just slides in, and that''s it. However, it wont come out when the mag is in place, a simple touch of it without the mag will release it. Just wish it had some way to hold it in. Not TopGlock''s fault though, they do their job with awesome prices AND fast shipping!

Perfect fit, feels better in the hand, too, than the gap that is normally at the base of the grip. Keeps the dirt out of the frame as well. Would highly recommend it to any Glock shooter. I have them for all three of mine!
