The Saf-T-Blok® prevents accidental discharge on your firearm.
The block allows you to store your firearm cocked and ready to fire, yet leaving
you with the confidence it will not discharge accidentally. When
situations arise that you need your firearm, the Saf-T-Blok® easily ejects with
the bush of a button.
The instructions are easy. The Saf-T-Blok is adjustable to compensate
for tolerance differences between different models. Adjust the nylon set
screw with a 1/16" allen wrench, that is provided, so that the Saf-T-Blok snaps
into place and ejects properly. The Saf-T-Blok ejects instantly by pushing
the ejector with the index finger. Insert and eject the Saf-T-Blok several
times to become familiar with the feel and operation before the need to use it
arrises.

I have had this on my G-36 for years, It makes carrying my gun very safe in more ways than one. It not only stops unwanted misfires but if someone went for your gun they most likely would not know its there. If they pulled your gun and tried to shoot you guns not going off and it buys you some time.

I have carried a Glock 23 in a smart carry for almost 2 years. In fact I own 3 different smart carry''s for 4 guns...canoeing, camping, even riding dirt bikes, and all the day to day...I''ve never worried a second - the Glock trigger will just NOT go off accidently (to me)
nevertheless, I get the catalogs, I started reading some reviews on the Saf-T-Block...I still am not sure I need it, but I have it on there now. call it an impulse buy
It does adjust easily, simple to install, easy to make sense of...and I guess it''s not going to slow anything down, it''s pretty natural to knock it out on way to presenting the firearm. I couldn''t tell the difference at the range.
overall, I am satisfied.
