The G27 is a great firearm, but not exactly a tack driver. This ported barrel tightened up my groups and reduced felt recoil which made fast follow up shots, with accuracy, possible. Never had a malfunction with my 27. Not before the new barrel, and not since. It has had a couple thousand rds through it so far. Highly recommend.

What a change this barrel made! It reduced the recoil significantly which allowed me to get on target much quicker and seemed to change the overall performance of the pistol. It''s the real deal and I will be purchasing another one soon for my Glock 22.

Not much difference in barrel jump, maybe a slight reduction with the port barrel. Nice quality and fit. Takes 100 rounds thru to get feed reliabilty with the flat nose FMJ rounds. Nice to have an extra barrel.
