While the extra length (1+ inches)of the barrel makes the Glock look kind of off balance at first glance it does exactly what it is designed to do and tame the 45 ACP.
I doubt that there is anyone making aftermarket barrels that can do as good a job at as reasonably priced as StormLake does.

Shoots better than the original in that it groups better and has reduced recoil for better recovery time. Dropped right in and was dead on target with no sight adjustment needed. Two additional advantages: shoots lead bullets and since it sticks out an extra 1-1/2", you can poke an assailant in the eye if you run out of rounds :)
