This holster is great for training classes or any class where speed is involved. It could easily be used for personal carry. I personally carry the Blackhawk Serpa CQC for retention and everyday use.

it''s a good holster, it fits comfortably, and you can draw your weapon very quickly. it has a screw so you can adjust how tight it holds the gun and how easily you can pull it out.

When we recieved our Blackhawk Carbon Fiber Holsters, put mine on and boy was I happy we got these.I got a left side and my son got a right side.It fit snug against my waist and I liked the way it held my gun, Thanks
