A James Keating design, the Spyderco Chinook pocket knife is excellent for its precision. The Spycderco knife is only 4 ounces with an upswept S30V blade that is 3 3/4 inches, making it at the upper range for tactical knives. The special shaped thumb traction grooves on top of the Spyderco blade spine give the knife enough leverage so it won't snag on clothing. The curve of the blade is designed for trapping maneuvers and thrusting. The black G-10 scales of the handle creates a nice contour to shape in your hand. There is also a strong blade lock mechanism to the Spyderco knife that gives maximum security for the strongest user. There is also a pocket clip available to carry the knife on any expedition.
